Project and Construction Management (PM/CM)
NAMA serves as the Owner’s representative, providing oversight from planning through project closeout. We manage budget, schedule, procurement, and coordination while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and operational requirements. Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)
NAMA delivers CMAR services with early involvement during design to establish cost certainty and manage risk. We provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and coordinate all trade partners through a fully subcontracted model, ensuring competitive pricing, transparency, and alignment with the Owner’s goals.

Design-Build (Integrated Delivery)
NAMA offers integrated design-build delivery, serving as a single point of responsibility from planning through construction and occupancy. By aligning design and construction under one team, we streamline coordination, reduce risk, and accelerate project delivery for complex healthcare environments.
